Apprentice Recruitment 2024- ELIGIBILITY
The candidates should
fulfill all eligibility conditions of age, qualification etc. as on 01.08.2024
AGE:
Min. 20 year and Max.
28 years as on 01-Aug-2024
Relaxation in maximum
age for SC/ST/OBC/PWBD will be as per extant Government of India guidelines
· Scheduled
Caste/ Scheduled Tribe Candidates 5 years
· Other
Backward Classes (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates 3 years
· Persons
with Benchmark Disabilities as defined under “The Rights of Persons with
Disabilities Act, 2016” 10 years
· Persons
affected by 1984 riots 5 years
· Widows,
divorced women and women legally separated from their husbands who have not
remarried- Upto 35 years for General/EWS, 38 years for OBC and 40 years for
QUALIFICATION:
Graduation from a recognized University/
Institute
Candidates who are selected as
apprentices will be paid stipend for the contract period of one year as
detailed below.

Selection of candidates who apply for
engagement of apprentices in the Bank after paying the requisite online
examination fee shall have to undergo the selection process
Online Test
(objective type):
The online examination will consist of
four tests i.e., General/ Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative
& Reasoning Aptitude and Computer Knowledge (EACH COMPRISING OF 25 MARKS
I.E. TOTAL 100 MARKS).
Total duration of examination would be
60 minutes
Knowledge and Test
of Local Language: The
candidate applying for trainee seats of a particular state, should be
proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in any one of the
local languages of that state.
